I. Overview

ZSY-14 anti-perforation device is manufactured according to GB12952-91 standards. Impact resistance tester is mainly used in PVC / SBS and other flexible or plastic waterproof membranes.

1 the punch: Φ12.7mm

2, the hammer mass: 500g

3, base diameter: Φ150mm

Third, test methods

1, Freely spread the cutted sample of 150*150mm on an aluminum plate of no less than 4mm. Together put them on the foam pad with density of 25Kg/m and thickness of 50mm.

2, Place the steel ball positioning piece of punth in the center of the sample.

3, Place the impact resistance tester on the positioning piece so that the positioning piece is located just inside the conduit.

4, lift the hammer, adjusted to a predetermined drop height of 500mm and positioning.

5. Press the hammer release button, the hammer freely fall, impact the punch on the surface of the specimen

6, Check whether the sample is perforated, test three samples.

7, If no obvious perforation, do watertight test for the sample. If appears the sign of penetration, it shows the waterproof membraneshas been perforated.

8, The evaluation of the results: when the three samples all have no perforation, the membrane can be evaluated impermeable.
