1.Material:
The panel is carbon steel sheet made by ramming craft;
The size of the panel is: 1000*1000mm,1000*500mm, 500*500mm.
2.The thickness of the panel mainly includes:
5mm, 4.5mm, 3mm, 2.5mm, 2mm, 1.5mm. It is different according to the tank height.
3.Reinforcement method:
All tanks are internally braced with angle stays to endure the rigidity of the tank when filled with the water. The Top panel is supported by top panel support, which shall be made of hot-dipped galvanized material.
4.Applicable instructions
- please kindly provide dimension /joint location diameter of water tank when placing order.
- Internal and external of water tank could not weld other welding parts avoid to broke enamel surface.
- The water tank should be clear regularly avoid to fall sundries into tank
- We need to adjust it if you provide opening position of water tank is just in steel connection, but the diameter is unchanged.
- buttress of water tank is 300mm, separation distance is 1000mm,height is not less than 400mm, for ease installing.
