FRP Tank discription

Our company produces a variety of FRP tanks, including horizontal, vertical storage tanks, transport tanks, containers and large series FRP tanks, depending on the (storage or transport) media select epoxy resin, or a modified polyester resin, phenolic resin as binder. The FRP tank is made of corrosion-resistant liner with high resin content, impermeable layer, filament-wound reinforcement layer and an outer protective layer.

Features

 FRP tanks by filament winding mold process, high strength, light weight, has excellent corrosion resistance, aiti-pressure, anti-aging, long service life, no-leakage, heat insulation, non-toxic, smooth surface, etc.

Applications

  FRP tank can storage and transport many kinds of acids, alkali, salts and organic solvents:

hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, formaldehyde, methanol drinks, hydrogen peroxide, water, sodium hypochlorite and other products, storage, transport, but also for the underground tank, holding tank and transport tank.

Tecnical sprecifications:

FRP tank operating temperature is between -50 ~ 80 ℃

The pressure is generally less than 6.4MPa.
